Sea/BI/Brem-ADA Alert- Alaskan Way #5 Elevator is Out of Service at Colman Dock Alaskan Way #5 Elevator is Out of Service at Colman Dock due to a mechanical issue. The Alaskan Way #4 Elevator is in service and available for customer use. We are working with vendors to get the other elevators repaired and will provide updates as conditions change.
On Wednesday, July 29, the Sanpoil Ferry that crosses the Columbia River, will resume its normal sailing schedule, 6 am to 11:45 pm. On Saturday and Sunday, August 1st and 2nd, the Ferry will temporarily operate 24 7, due to the wind and fire forecast. WSDOT will evaluate further sailing schedules during the weekend.
Elevators 1 and 2 at Colman Dock remain out of service due to a mechanical issue. The Alaskan Way #4 Elevator and the Pier 50 elevator (along the front of the building) are both in service and available for customer use. We are working with vendors to get the other elevators repaired and will provide updates as conditions change.
